Susan is a native of Pensacola and has been selling real estate for over 20 years. She started her career selling pre-construction condominiums and investment properties in 1997 working for Pointe South. Today, Susan is the Broker/Owner of Pointe South, with offices from Pensacola, Florida west to Daphne, Alabama managing over 20 agents and representing countless investment properties.

 

Under her direction, Pointe South has grown into an industry leader, offering a variety of properties to satisfy every taste, budget and dream of playing, staying and living along the Gulf Coast. Pointe South has come to represent over 400 long term rentals and countless real estate opportunities from Pensacola & surrounding areas east and west to Mobile & Coastal Alabama.

 

Living in Perdido Key since 1996, Susan embodies and promotes everything that the area has to offer – from its beaches and waterways to its history, cultural attractions and military life. She is as passionate about the area as she is her brokerage. This is evident not only through her community involvement but through her relationships outside of her firm.
